Brose is among the 50 most attractive companies in Germany
Brose Group. Results of a survey, carried out amongst young engineers by the recruiting service Access and published in the Manager magazine, show Brose as the only family-run company to rank 38th among the TOP 50 in Germany. In the autumn of 2001, the human resources service provider, based in Cologne, had asked more than 3,700 career-driven young managers to name the company they considered to be the most attractive.
Bavaria came out on top as the most attractive location for a company. The young professionals also articulated their expectations from such a company: individual challenges, a distinguished brand, an extensive induction program and a wide variety of new tasks, good relations between colleagues, cooperative leadership and a lot of contact to customers. The people interviewed were, on average, 31 years of age, had three and a half years of experience in their jobs, were employed in all sectors of business and in different-sized companies.
